Dropbox files downloaded?

Level 2

If files in Dropbox are visible on my wife's Tablet and Mac Pro, are they downloaded on her devices? If so, how do I remove them from her Tablet and Mac Pro without deleting them from Dropbox and my devices?

Re: Dropbox files downloaded?

Hey there, @cph206
To remove your account from the devices, you’ll have to unlink from the computer and the mobile device. You can find the relevant instructions on how to do so here
Please bear in mind though that, when you unlink the desktop app, the Dropbox folder will become like any other folder on your computer. As a result, syncing will stop and any files in it will stay available locally. However, since syncing has stopped, any changes you apply to them will not be reflected in your account, which means that you can delete that folder once you’ve unlinked.
I hope this helps! grinning face
