File Requests Missing

For a project we are asking consumers to upload videos using File Request.  They are successful and I receive confirmation emails from Dropbox stating the file request is complete.  However, some are available for viewing and some are not.  Some files that were in my file request folder yesterday are not there today.  How do I access all of the files requested????
