Your solutions give the members for 1 Shared folder.

I need to see the shared folders for 1 member ?

Hey Patrick B.40

If you are on a Dropbox for Business team, you can monitor all the sharing activity for all members of the team from the Activity tab of the admin console.

Also, if you are an admin of the team, you can use the "Sign in as user" feature, in order to check the shared/ unshared folders a user has on his/ her account.

Hope this helps! If there's anything else you need to ask, please let me know!

Kind regards,

JaneA

I don't work with Team.

and the activity doesn't give me all the folders shared with 1 member

if you select 1 shared folder, you see all the members in share

i want to select 1 member, to see all the folders in share with these member to manage it.

Unfortunately, that's not possible.

Hey Patrick B.40

Thank you for getting back in touch with me!

Please note that you could see all the shared folders the user has added on his acount if you "Sign in as user" in the admin console. This way, you will be able to access all files/ folders s/he can access through the "Sharing" tab of his/ her account and check the members inside each individual shared folder.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,

JaneA

Just pointing out that Patrick specifically stated that he's not working with a Team, so the "Sign in as user" might not be available to him. If that's the case, then there's no way to do what he's asking.

Although I think this should be in the member's page in the admin console, unfortunately it's not. The only way I found around this was through the activity log in the admin console.

  • Go to the 'Admin Console'
  • Go to the 'Activity' page
  • In the search options:
    • Member - filter for the member
    • Activity - click on 'Browse Activities'
    • Under 'Sharing' click 'more'
    • select 'Added a team member’s shared folder to their Dropbox'
