My people are asked to verify a derelict email address.

I share a link to a 'sharee' and at the address that I used, he recieves an email asking him to verify a different, and derelict, address-  one which he no longer can acess.

I imagine that the server is seeing a mac or ip address. How can we resolve this?

In other words: The incoming email arrives at the correct destination, but asks him to verify another address.

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Geoff, if you’re sharing a link to a user, then there shouldn’t be a need to verify any email address, as they can be access from a browser even when not logged in, unless you’ve changed the permissions.
Could you confirm if it is a shared link, or instead a shared folder?
