editing history of a shared document

Is it possible to find out whether a shared document was edited and what revisions were made if the owner of the shared document had a basic plan at the time of the sharing and the events took place almost two years ago?

If it is possible it will be on the page at https://www.dropbox.com/help/security/recover-older-versions. However, it wont show what the revisions were only that changes happened as the changes are only kept for 30 days.

Thank you very much! 30 days doesn't solve it for me, but it's good to know.
