Hey there (@banjo1), please bear in mind that disabling downloads for shared link content is currently available to Dropbox Professional & Business users. If this feature is important to you, then you may consider changing your plan. Thanks!

You can't. The ability to disable downloads is only available on Professional and Business accounts.

thanks for the link.  Which of the drop box accounts would enable me to enable view and disable download?

It needs to be a shared link not shared access as most of my clients don't have Dropbox. I simply want clients to be able to look at the photos in the file but not be able to download them until they have paid. Once paid I can change access (hopefully). Can changing this access be done via the app on a phone?

Please help and thanks!
