will not download a direct download

i need immediate help.  I cannot download a file.  I click on direct download.  It says waiting and never does anything.  internet connection to fine

Sorry to hear about this @advanced22 - does this persist on other browsers and after having cleared your browser's cache

Also, are you getting any errors? If so, could you share a screenshot so I can have a better look into this?
