Can I close the dooor, then open it later

Level 8

I own a Dropbox folder. It is shared with ~25 others (can edit). They post song charts for a monthly jam. Is there a way to (easily? In bulk?) change everyone’s access to only view to establish / enforce a deadline for posting. Then open the door back up so they can load new charts for next month?

Hi there, if you’re in a Dropbox Business team, then you can assign those users to a group, remove the individual members from the folder (they’ll keep their access since they’re part of the group), and then change the group permission to view-only.
If you’re not on a team, then you’ll need to make the changes manually to each invited member in the folder.
Hope this helps to clarify matters!
