Shared file not showing in Android app

Level 2
I received an email this week saying someone had shared a file with me. When I click the link from my email app it opens my mobile browser then tells me that to access the file I need to use the Dropbox app. However, the file is not showing in the app. I have the latest version of the app and have tried logging in and out and clearing the cache, but the file is still not present.

@etkemp, not sure if the Android looks identical to iOS, but there should be a Notifications tab at the bottom. If you open that tab, is that share notification there? If so, can you click and access the file from there? You will have to "accept" the share before it will show up in "Files".
