At the moment we don’t currently support Finnish, and from what I understand of your situation, you would like a refund for your subscription. In both cases I would recommend submitting a ticket our at our Support channel so that I can assist with the use of a translator tool and also assist with the billing related query.
 
Otherwise, we can continue here if you can provide me some more info about what your particular issue seems to be as I am unclear from what you initially wrote.
