I can't add files to my recently upgraded account

Level 2

I upgraded to 1 TB but it will not let meadd to dropbox.

Hi @peterG1938, could you please clarify as to what you’re trying to accomplish?
 
Are you seeing any errors? Any additional info would be greatly appreciated so as to have a better understanding of your concern.
