Low disk space message

I have 3 TB on my hard drive and I am only at 3% of my Dropbox quota. Can anyone figure out why I am getting a message that says I am almost out of storage space?

Hi there, if your Dropbox quota shows 3% of usage, and you’re under the hard drive limit, then you might have a second Dropbox account that is reaching its limit.
 
Are you on a Dropbox Business team, and have paired your account with a personal account? If so, try switching accounts to see what the quota is on the other Dropbox account.

Yes I have a personal account that has reached it's Dropbox limit., but I don't have my personal account on this desktop. I only have my business account.

Where are you seeing the message from? The Dropbox site or the Dropbox desktop application?
 
Can you check that the overquota personal account isn’t linked on your desktop app by checking the steps here?

After your previous message I went in and deleted a bunch of files so that I would be under the current Dropbox quota. I got the "Your hard drive space is low" message again today, so I checked my account and the only device I have my personal account linked to is my iPad.

I am getting the message on my work desktop computer, even though my dropbox account is stored on a 4 TB external drive. I just checked and I have 3.31 TB free.
