My account seems to be full. Do shared folders take up my space?

Apologies for asking this again if I have already done so. I can't find the response if one was sent.

My question is are other peoples folders they share with me added to my account and therefore fill up my account? If not how do I distinguish between my folders and those shared with me?

In regards to your second inquiry, the best way to distinguish your own (private) folders from your shared ones would be to take a look at the folders' icons as the ones that are shared will have the two people icon on them.

Thanks Walter,

So if I were to delete a shared folder, would the others sharing the folder no longer have access to it and would all the content inside be deleted?
