Use a shared folder between the two accounts and move your data from the free account to the paid account. Once all the data is moved to the paid account. Sign your devices out of the free account and then sign back in with the paid account.
Basically, you need to use the paid account going forward. There's no way to transfer the subscription from one account to another.
