Hey community,

also I deleted all my files, the storage space is still "full".

The two persons I shared my files with also deleted every file I sent them.

Can anyone help me where the problem could be?

Thank you!

Hi -

My Dropbox says its full but has no files, no photos, zero backups, etc. It shows there is 6GB in regular files but it was set to something that was backing up my entire computer but I don't use Dropbox for my daily backup. I believe I have made that change already. I do have content in my Dropbox that I still need but can't get to it.

Help!

Hey @cmnault1, thanks for the nudge here.

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you see on this page?

Hannah -- no need for the screenshot. Once I used the link you provided, I found an "unlinked" backup for my device, which I don't believe I ever enabled. Once I deleted the backup and removed it, that freed up the consumed space. Thank you!
