Advance plan need to wait for the phone call to increase the storage???

Hi, I am the team admin for the company subscribe as "Advance plan"
When we need more space and try to contact with chat support, they only request to get support by phone call in order to request more storage space.

I already did request by phone call and did't got any call (** find out later that my service provider block some international call**)

 

Now the phone service said "Call requests are limited per hour. Use chat or email for additional help, or try again later."

 

My question is, Can we make the request for more storage space as advance plan by chat message?? Or the only way to get more space is to wait for phone?

Try another phone number but it still not working. Phone did not get any call.
