Apparently my storage is full but that's not what Dropbox Space implies

Hi there, 

 

I can't seem to access a shared link from my account because my storage is full, however I barely have anything in my Dropbox. Can someone help me rectify the issue?

Hey @MarkyNeedsHelp, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Friday!
 

What is the exact error you're getting when accessing the shared link at hand? 

 

Can you please let us know if this shared link was shared with you with edit or view only rights? If you're trying to add a file or folder that's larger than your account's capacity, it's  normal that you'd get an error as it would put you over your account's quota. 

 

In any case, please keep us posted.
