Can't Locate "Regular Files"

Can't Locate "Regular Files"

Hey Folks,

Dropbox is showing that I have 1.8gb used in "Regular Files".  The only folder I have visible in "All Files" contains 127gb.  There are no backups that I can tell... as it says there are 0 files there.  The one folder I have is shared with 2 other people, and I've set it so they can view but not edit the folder.

There is only this one folder in the shared files section.

I have dropbox on my ipad, iphone, and desktop.  None of them are set to be backing anything up or syncing.

I'm out of ideas to find where there "Regular files are".  I've read through some previous posts but no success.  I've logged into my account on my desktop, and I can only for the life of me see one lonely folder in my account w/127mb.  I've deleted everything else, but the storage capacity doesn't change much.

Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

Sean

Hey @smj7, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community.

Can you check your backups page, to see if you have any files there taking up your space?

Thanks!

Hi Hannah,

Yes I have checked, and there are 0 files in the backups when I go to the actual Dropbox site.

Hi @smj7, can you try to access and delete any folders within the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/backups/PC
