So basically, i have about 20 GB left on my PC, and Dropbox is taking about 90-80gb out of my 237gb, and I've been searching up: will deleting stuff on your pc folder in dropbox also delete it from your pc? and can i delete the pc folder in dropbox and other stuff like that on Google, and i find nothing relevant, so does anybody know?

By the way, this is how much it is taking space on my hard drive.

Hey @cgar1, thanks for posting your question to the Dropbox Community!

Indeed, if you're using our backup feature and you delete the files or folders in your “PC” folder in the Dropbox folder, they will get deleted from both Dropbox and your computer.

If you want to free up some hard drive space though, you can take a look at this article with some features that can help you with that.

Let me know if you have any questions.
