Conflicting messages from DB about my remaining storage space.

When I go on my account page, it shows I have plenty of available space. But when I try to access DB to view and upload files, I get a message saying I am out of space!

Hey @MBEC, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please let us know what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

 

A screenshot of the exact error you're getting would also help!
