DropBox Maxed out even though it's not

DropBox Maxed out even though it's not

Hi team,
Dropbox is showing that my account is maxed out. when I look into the folder on the App and Online , i see only about 300MB worth of files ? 
any idea why ?

Could you try checking to see if you have any backups on your account?
