Dropbox full after downgrade - can't log in to delete files

I just downgraded my account but I forgot to remove some files first. The account is now full and when I log into Dropbox I can only see the upgrade options page. I want to delete the offending files (I have copies, so I don't need the files, I just want to free up space). How can I get past the upgrade screen?

Hi @patricklittle, thanks for messaging the Community!

You can still access your files by visiting the files page on the Dropbox site.

From there, you can delete files to return your account to below the maximum quota in order for the files to start syncing again.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
