Please can someone help me.

 

Dropbox is saying Full when it is nowhere near full. I am using only 500mb of the 2gb it says I can have. I don't need more than 2gb and will never use 2gb. I have no shared folders, only my own local files. I have already closed an account and restarted another, which worked fine for about 2 hours then it saying I am using 2.45gb of the 2gb. I am not using this amount only 500mb and once again absolutely no shared folders. I am not backing up anything on the pc other than drobox specific files.

 

I have spent hours searching for a solution. Please, Please, Please can any one help me figure out what is wrong and what I can do to get my sync back again. Thanks

Is it possible you enabled the computer backup feature? Do you see any backups on the site?
