I am getting a notice stating that my Dropbox is full, but there are hardly any files in it. I have no shared files and i do not use the backup feature. What can I do?

Can you please follow the steps in this article, to see the size of your files and calculate the size of your folders, to see what might be taking up your space?

Can you please follow the steps in this article, to see the size of your files and calculate the size of your folders, to see what might be taking up your space?

Hello Hannah,

So I only uploaded two videos from a live band on my iPhone, and it looks like each video was about 3.5GB in size. I have no idea why those videos were so large, but that's good to know. It solved the frustrating mystery! Thank you for your help!
