Dropbox full

Our team has a large shared folder owned by the coach. I have no other Dropbox files but I’m getting a message saying I need to buy more storage space. On my usage it says I have almost 32gb free. What should I do?

Shared folders you're a member of exist in your own account, and thus take up space in your account. You need to have enough available space in your account to hold any shared folders that you're a member of.
