Dropbox not updating available space

Dropbox not updating available space

I've struggle for awhile now trying to get Dropbox to update my available space and have had no luck. I got the first alerts awhile ago and deleted a TON of files, but my available space did not change at all and it still says it is full. I have no shared files and have cleared out my deleted files folder, so that is not the issue. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out a solution? I've tried everything I can think of/seen online.

Check your Backups page. Also note that files in Deleted Files don't take up any space in your account.
