Storage Space

Hello,
I have a Dropbox Basic plan, with 2 shared folders from my employer that accumulate to 800mb. That means I should have 1,2GB free of space. When I access the Dropbox website I can only see those 2 shared folders. Under my profile settings and Plan, I see there are 1.8GB of "regular files", whatever those files are actually. But I can't see those "regular files" anywhere on website. I have Dropbox set up on 3 devices (which is max) as do my colleagues and they don't have the same problem. They also have Dropbox Basic plan just to clarify. How to view regular files and delete them or is it possible to locate them so I can see what are they syncing.
Thanks
Hi @nightmarez
The basic files are ones that appear at www.dropbox.com/home OR are part of Dropbox Backup

Dropbox home shows only those 2 shared folders and there is the size of them. I haven't made any backups and if I did wouldn't they show on there.
Hi @nightmarez, I hope you’re doing well!
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your Plan page here?
Also, I’d like you to send one more screenshot of what you see on your Backups page.

Hey @nightmarez, sorry to jump in here, but would it be OK if we reach out via email to have a further look internally?
