To Whom It May Concern,
My Dropbox was recently full so I cleared out files but certain files are trying to sync and this has been going on for days, additionally a couple of the files have red X's on them, Do you know whats going on, how I can fix this and how I can prevent this from happening in the future?
Thank you!
Sincerely, Motivated Mover
Hey @MotivatedMover, happy Monday!
Can you check if your Dropbox account is now below its available quota, so that syncing can resume correctly?
You can check how much space you're using and how much you have available in your account settings here.
Let me know what you find.

Hey @MotivatedMover, sorry to be jumping in here, but could you send us a screenshot of what's reported in your account's plan tab in regards to your quota?
Do you maybe see any files or folders on this page?

Here you go! Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the screenshots @MotivatedMover - most appreciated!
It looks like your computer's backup is taking up all this space and putting your account over its quota.
To free up the storage space, you can delete your computer's backup, shown in your second screenshot.
Let me know if this helps!
