Hi,

My dropbox setting is set to Online Only but it still takes up 57GB of disk space. Also, the files don't show any of the syncing icons next to them. This is really affecting my PC usage. I'm on Windows 10. Screenshots are attached. Thank you!!Screenshot 2023-09-13 155215.pngScreenshot 2023-09-13 155123.png

Hi @aditideshpande, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are all your files marked as online-only?

As you're not seeing the sync icons, is the Dropbox desktop application currently running and syncing normally? Do you have other cloud services running of the same machine?

Could you also try checking the cache folder?

This will help me to assist further!
