URGENT  - PLEASE  HELP

win 10

 

dropbox system AGAIN falsely  says i am out of space "having  2.88GB on my 2GB {which is ANOTHER FALSE - I  have 2.5GB SPACE, NOT only 2GB),

while my local HD  dropbox area is ONLY  1.36 GB

 

Everything started with few days ago FALSE / NOT OF MY  OWN start of  Trial Plus Plan, which i neither started nor approved ...

Now that that FALSE  "Trial periso of Plus"  expired,  I got this  "Can't synch  as out of (FALSE)  space".

 

PLEASE HELP

Let's check for the storage of your Dropbox account. Could you visit your plan page online, and send me a screenshot of what you see there?

thanks for replying.

in the meantime, it is fixed.

Culprit was new/beta "backup"  feature on web interface backend. 

when deleting, disabling that new/beta  "backup" feature,  the space occupied by "backup" was released to the account and its space returned to normal/pre-incident  state.
