First time user-but says I am out of space upon initial login. How can I be out of space if I am new

My co workers sent me a link to sign up for the company drop box.  It was for free 2GB.  Upon my initial login, it states that I am out of space.

How can I be out of space when I haven't even started using it?

Hi @JulieHL 

 

At a guess they have signed you up and then shared things with you. Shared folders use up the quota of everybody within the Share, so, if you need access to those files you will need to get more space I'm afraid. Either via www.dropbox.com/plans or www.dropbox.com/gs may help

Hey @JulieHL, sorry to jump in here, but could you try adjusting the zoom levels of your browser or even try another browser?

Would it be possible to send us a screenshot of the entire page, when you're in your plan tab? 

 

The info about your space should definitely be there, so I want us to check if there's an issue.
