Storage Space

Hello,
I have subscribed to Dropbox Plus which is supposed to provide me with 2 To of storage. But it says I only have 1 Ko of storage so I cannot upload any additionnal document

I'm not sure if that's the case, but do you happen to be a member of a Dropbox for Business teams account that's in locked state at the moment?
What exactly is reported in your account's plan tab?

yes exactly I had a dropbox for business teams account that has been locked for a year, but I have subscribed for Dropbox Plus since then

You'll need to leave or disband the team before you can upgrade to an individual plan @zae - could you give it a go as outlined here and let me know how it goes?
