Hello

Last year we payed 119,88 eur on 16.8.2022 for extra space on Dropbox.

We payed from account Pustolovski park Geoss d.o.o (Slovenija).

We need a invoice for our account department and we are also interested if we got that extra space (both accounts (removed per Community Guidelines) doesn't have that extra space.

For more info on how to access your invoices/receipts, you can follow the steps described here.

 

Besides that, can you please clarify what you mean by extra space? Had you upgraded your Dropbox accounts perhaps, and they still show as free Basic? 

 

Let me know, and we can take it from there.

Hello

that is why we need the invice for that amount. As we remeber we payed for extra space in Dropbox.

 

We got info from Dropbox on 14.8.2022:

Email account: [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]
Amount: €119.88
New space: 2 TB
Transaction IDremoved

Please find out if we didn't finish the upgrade that date.

 

We can't print the invoice for that transaction through your webpage.

Hey @Pustolovski park Geoss, sorry to jump in here.

 

Do you have login access to the account that you upgraded?

 

If so, can you please login to it on dropbox.com, then click on your initials/profile picture, then on "settings" and then on "Plan" and let me know what you see there?

 

Then, please go to the "Billing" tab. You should be able to access your invoice/receipt from there.

 

Is that not the case?

Hello

On plan I can choose different packets: PLUS, STANDRARD, ADVANCED. It seems like I didn't have any paket yet but basic one, despite this I payed for upgrade.

Can you please find out where is the problem?

Hi @Pustolovski park Geoss, it sounds like your upgrade might be related on a different account, and not the one you're using.
