Storage Space

Hello,
I keep getting this message below even though I've removed all my files from my computer and drobox itself. It actually shows the same amount of storage used even after permanently deleting a bunch of files so it's like it's not updating the storage used. Also, I do have some shared folders (that's what I'm trying to get too) but those only equal about 400mb and those are the only files I have out there anymore. I did this about 3 hours ago and it's still showing the same amount of used storage. Even if I was missing something you would think based on permanently deleting a bunch of files it would have updated to a different amount used (It keeps showing this amount 'Using 4.77 GB of 2 GB storage").
error message "Review asap: Your Dropbox is full and has stopped syncing. Upgrade for up to 3 TB (3,000 GB) of space"
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Dustin
Hey @dustinw123, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
Just to clarify, permanently deleting files won't free up any extra space. The space already gets freed up, when you just delete the files.
What is the plan tab in your account settings reporting? Is it 'regular files' that are taking up your space?
Do you see any files in your 'all files' page here? Or perhaps you have enabled computer backup?
Let me know what you find.
