One of our computers is using Dropbox just for messages/text. Using the 2GB free version on Windows 10 Desktop.
1. How do I know what percentage I have used.
2. We don't want photos cluttering up the storage - how do we stop the sync working.
I figured out how to download some of these photos into a ZIP file and saved to the Hard Drive, then deleted them from Dropbox but it is a slow process.
Hello @Rx347, thank you for reaching out.
1. You can see how much space you are using, on our plan page.
On the bottom graph, it shows the space you are using. You can divide that by your total space to get the percentage.
2. You can remove the files from the Dropbox folder, using Selective Sync. Alternatively, you can make them online only.
