How do I get all my files?

How do I get all my files?

riix

Hello,

I installed the windows app.   I told it to sync everything.

If I go to my dropbox account it says I have 1.2TB regular files and 13.3TB of used space - using 14.5TB of 75TB

If I go to the folder which as far as I can tell synced everything at the root of all files it says I have 934GB.

Not sure what this means since none of the numbers seems to add up.

You likely enabled the Backup feature. Check your Backups page.

Hi @riix, how are you today?

Could you send me some screenshots of what you see in your account's plan page, vs what your device reports?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Thanks for the screenshots here, @riix, and happy Monday!

So from what I can understand from your plan tab, the 13,3 TB is taken up by shared files.

Shared folders take up space in the accounts of all the members that have access to them.

However, it looks like you don't have all your Dropbox content synced to your local Dropbox folder.

Is it possible that you unsynced some folders through selective sync at some point?
