I can't upgrade my account. Is there anyway to contact tech support?

I have been trying in vain to upgrade to more storage on multiple devices and they all give me the same error message that I could not upgrade.  However they always take my money.  Is there anyone I can talk to about this?  I have asked the community and gotten nowhere although a few have offered suggestions. I even tried deleting my account and starting over.

Hi @Rainman63068, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

 

Also, do you happen to have an email with your purchase's receipt or invoice? 

 

Any additional information you can provide is more than welcome!
