Hey @anni3 , sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

 

Can you please let me know what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

 

Do you see any files or folders taking up space on your homepage or your backups page perhaps?

 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

That I`m using up all space. 
I can't free up space, I already deleted the documents, folders and even unlinked the accounts You have sent and i deleted the backup but no space is freed

Hi @anni3, can you try to delete folders within the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/backups/PC?
