I don't have a large file, but it's full

I am using the basic 2GB plan. There are no large files, but it says that the capacity is full. Please tell me how to solve it.

Hi @starguy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Is it possible that you have Dropbox Backup enabled on your account?

 

Are you able to see any backups on this page?
