I emptied all my storage but it is still full.

I emptied my storage by deleting all of my folders and files from both my desktop and online dropbox.

But the dropbox says my storage is still full. I do not have any file- or folder-sharing with anybody.

I cannot solve this problem.

Hi @sunyjung, and welcome to our Community!

Have you also checked this page, and you see no backups there?

Let me know what you find.

I see no back up on that page. I have deleted all the back ups, actually.

@sunyjung  Hi! Please check the "Deleted Files" tab. Files can be temporarily stored there for 30 days or so based on your settings.

Deleted files do not take up space in your account. The only reason to empty Deleted Files is if you wish to permanently delete a file so it cannot be recovered.

Hi @sunyjung, how are you today?

Can you check this link: https://www.dropbox.com/backups/PC and let me know if you see any content there? If so, feel free to delete them.

Keep me posted!

No worries, @sunyjung, can we email you, so we can investigate this further?

Hi @sunyjung can you please log in from your online Dropbox account, go to the Settings tab > then the Security tab? Please check if any other devices are linked that are using this space.

Even if there are no other devices, you can remove your current device, login from the laptop and connect/link them again. May be the re-syncing process would help sort this out. I am not sure about this, but you can give it a try.
