Storage Space
Looking for help with managing the storage space in your Dropbox account? Talk to the Dropbox Community and get advice from members.
Hello,
Impossible to reach you when we are not dropbox business! it's still shameful to want to charge when I've emptied part of my dropbox and it can no longer sync without upgrading to the next package, isn't it?
Corinne
Hey @CorinneGroves, sorry to see you're having trouble and thank you for your feedback here.
If I understand correctly, your account is still not syncing, even after you've emptied it.
Is it possible that apart from your personal non-shared files, you also have shared folders that might be taking up your space?
You can see any shared folders here and if you want to calculate the size of your folders/files, you can follow these steps.
Let me know what you find.
