I have 0GB but Dropbox says I've run out of space and need to upgrade

Hi. I have deleted all the files on my account. It says I have 0GB. My friend sent me a video to make paella. Dropbox says I have to upgrade because I'm out of space. I rarely use it, so just want this one file. You can't speak with someone either, unless you pay. Any ideas? Thanks

Hey @CelesteAlex, let's jump right into this!

What do you see in regards to the account space, when you access your plan page

Also, how did your friend send you that video? Was it through a shared folder, or a shared link and if so, what is the size of that folder?

Let me know more!
