I have all my folders stored locally. I want them only stored in the cloud. How to get this done?

I need to save local storage space, rapidly.  My drive is 100% full.  The obvious first step is to move all folders' content cloud-only.  How do I achieve this?

Either use Selective Sync to remove folders from your local drive, or mark file or folders as Online-only so they appear on your drive but don't take up space.
