I have completed the dropbox "Getting Started Guide" but my capacity is not increasing. Why is this?

Hey @HMYM, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

If you open the "getting started guide" from a different browser or a private browsing window, does it seem completed?

 

And how much space does the plan tab in your account settings report?
