I have been using dropbox for many years and the storage issue I am having is not like anything that has ever happened to me. SO my dropbox is full but it says I have about 5 GB REGULAR FOLDERS,  but I looked through all my dropbox I have used 1.8 GB. I cannot find the regular folders. Could someone help please?

Check your Backups page.

This is strange I went to backups and when I click on delete backups another window pops up and says If you are on your PC click backup settings to delete your PC backup. If you no longer have access to this computer, click I don't have access. But when I click on it, a white window opens with nothing in it. I downloaded the file to see what is inside. They seem to be the all my desktop folders.
