Look at your Plan page. What plan does it indicate you're on? Can you take a screenshot? Be sure to mask any private information.

Hey @Elmo22, sorry to hear about this.

 

Could you clarify if you upgraded from our website directly or if it was through the app store on a mobile device?

 

What is your account's plan tab showing at the moment?

I upgraded on a mobile phone It says Basic. I keep getting an unknown error contact support but get no help from Dropbot.

Hi @Elmo22, after buying this subscription, did you perhaps receive a receipt for your purchase? 

 

Did you upgrade using Apple's iTunes? If so, could you try restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device, by following these steps?

 

In your Dropbox app, tap Account.
Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
Tap on Restore purchases, which should activate your last upgrade.
