I upgraded my storage but it didn’t reflect on my account

I updated my storage on the app but it doesn’t show that I upgraded it. When I clicked on upgrade again to see if maybe I mixed up accounts it says “You’re currently subscribed to this.” And then it goes on to say that my subscription is valid for another month. But then an error pops up saying “An unknown error occurred. Please contact dropbox support.” How do i fix this?

Hi @cberumen, thanks for posting here!

Did you upgrade your Dropbox account via the iTunes platform, by any chance?

If yes, can you please check your bank statement and make sure that the transaction has actually gone through and it’s not still in pending state?

Besides that, I'd like you to try these steps and let me know if they work for you.

Keep me posted for any updates.

Hey Nancy!

Thank you for your help! I made the purchase over a week ago and it did go through on my bank statement.

I also tried to restore purchases like you said through the link, but this message popped up. "Unable to Restore Purchases. The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error 409.)

I am still unable to use dropbox since it says to upgrade storage but I did.

Hi @Theredhead420, could you clarify from where you upgraded your account? Was it via the Dropbox site directly, or the mobile app?

Sorry to see you're having this issue, @Chair2017.

Can you open your Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps?
