I use 0.1% of my basic account yet Dropbox claims I'm out of space

Hi I have a basic account with one zip file in it that I want to share to my email list through a ddl link.

Today I received a mail saying that my files weren't synched anymore cause my dropbox was full, as you can see from the screen above, it's complete BS. 
And indeed my ddl link is not working anymore. 

 

If anyone has an idea of what could be the problem,it'd be much appreciated.

Hi there @Pierre87, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Have you ensured that the notification is coming from an official Dropbox domain?

 

Also, when  you say your link is not working, are you getting any errors perhaps?

 

If so, I'd  appreciate a screenshot too.
