Storage Space

Hi Guys,
My local Windows Dropbox is fully synced with my online Dropbox. Windows Explorer file/properties shows my Dropbox folder is 576 MB but to my surprise, dropbox.com and dropbox app both say my dropbox is full. I have checked the plan tab and found my regular file size is 3.4 GB which is not correct. My shared folder only takes less than 100 MB. What is going on here? Why the discrepancy? Any inputs?
Thanks,
Tao
Hello dropbox community,
My old problem was still not settled yet. Currently my dropbox is full with shadows files. I cannot delete all those files. This happened when I installed dropbox for laptop. My question is how can I get my dropbox back from the scratch. Access dropbox from laptop, there are no files, none but there’s notification my dropbox is already full capacity. However, access dropbox from android and ipad, both shows shadows files such as exe etc. What should I do. Many thanks in advance for big help.
It's the same for me. I deleated files until I had 500mb remaining. My storage capacity is 2,75gb.
Still says it's full and can't sync. What do I do?
Hey @Albin Larsson, sorry to hear about this.
Could you check my previous questions and provide the answers, so that we can advise further?

This is what my 3 pages shows. But the problem is that when I summaries the sizes of the files It's only about 500mb.
Mydropbox is totale empty
Hey @Liz_raffly, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please try deleting any files you see on your account's homepage and on this page as well and let me know how it goes?
Thanks!

Did you enable the backup feature during the installation? Check your Backups page.
