Hi Guys,

My local Windows Dropbox is fully synced with my online Dropbox.  Windows Explorer file/properties shows my Dropbox folder is 576 MB but to my surprise, dropbox.com and dropbox app both say my dropbox is full. I have checked the plan tab and found my regular file size is 3.4 GB which is not correct. My shared folder only takes less than 100 MB. What is going on here? Why the discrepancy? Any inputs?

Thanks,

Tao

Hey @maayan2007!

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see here? Also, do you see any files at your All files page?

You haven't clarified if you see any folders on this page too @Liz_raffly - could you take a look and let me know what you find?

Also, what exactly is reported in regards to your quota in your plan tab?

Hello,

I am seeing that i have gone over my actual limit - but i only have one folder on there with under 200mb and no shared folders. No backups either! Any ideas why I am seeing this? Any help appreciated

Everyone keeps asking about the backup feature. I do not have it enabled I posted a pic with 0 bytes in it. I have deleted all files and all shared folders. There is not a single file to be found in my account yet 48 hours later this is my account.

Also at the top of this query there is a link to solution. This has not been solved. my account is empty and unusable
